Personal Update: Big Moments, Big Growth 🌱

Sending my son off to vacation with his grandma for two weeks has been one of those bittersweet moments. As a mom and business owner, it’s crazy to realize how fast he’s growing. It’s definitely one of those moments where you realize just how much they’ve grown and how much you’ve changed as a parent too. It's hard not to feel a little emotional about it, but I’m also so proud of the young man he’s becoming. 💙

In the midst of all this, I’m still crushing my 75 Hard challenge one day at a time. It’s been incredible seeing my personal growth and commitment to fitness, and I’m loving my homemade green juice every morning before hitting the gym. 💪 It’s moments like these that remind me how much personal growth and balance go hand in hand with everything I do.
